REHEARSAL SCHEDULE FOR concert on July 4th 2009 (more information will be added soon but these are the dates)

March 17th, 31st

Easter break

April 21st

May 5th (sectionals), 19th

June 2nd, 16th, Sunday 28th (2-5pm) NH

July 2nd Thursday (7.30-10pm) NH

Concert July 4th in St George's Bristol, rehearsal 1.30-4.30pm.

Future start dates after holidays

September 8th 2009, January 5th 2010, April 13th 2010

Note September 12, 2009 - 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. Open Doors Day, St George's Bristol - 2 x oboes, clarinets, bassoons, horns.

All rehearsals start at 7.30 p.m. at the Club on a Tuesday, unless stated otherwise. Download a schedule here.

If you are unable to attend a rehearsal: -

• Please let your section leader know and ensure that, if you are in possession of music required for the next rehearsal, it is returned to your section leader or someone who will be attending.
• Wind or brass players should try to find a deputy - alternatively contact Margaret Peirson (0117 942 9109) who has access to our database of alternative players.
