REHEARSAL SCHEDULE FOR November 15th 2008

September 9th - first rehearsal.

September 13th - wind and horns, cello and double bass - St George's Bristol for the "Doors Open" event, 11am-1pm.

September 23rd

October 7th string sectional , 21st

November 4th, 9th (Sunday 2-5pm NH Full rehearsal), 13th (Thursday 7.30-10pm NH, Concerto with soloist and Dvorak Serenade)

Concert at St George's Bristol, November 15th 2008 (rehearsal 1.30 p.m.- 4.30 p.m. )

November 18th- start new programme

December 2nd, 16th

Christmas Break

January 6th - preparation for concert on March 7th 2009

All rehearsals start at 7.30 p.m. at the Club on a Tuesday, unless stated otherwise.

If you are unable to attend a rehearsal: -

• Please let your section leader know and ensure that, if you are in possession of music required for the next rehearsal, it is returned to your section leader or someone who will be attending.
• Wind or brass players should try to find a deputy - alternatively contact Margaret Putin (01454 619366) who has access to our database of alternative players.
